We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
Receipts for your online individual purchases can be viewed in your purchase history on your livemarto customer account. Seoncdly, customer will receive receipts on given email address on the billing form.
Most items purchased at livemarto.com may be returned by mail, unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below by department. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 10 days after purchase.
If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small.
If a product arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the product upon delivery and notify Customer Service. If the delivery has been finalized (left at door by Courier boy or signed for) please contact Customer Service to arrange to start an investigation/claim with the delivery company.
