Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Livemarto offers 100% free shipping all over Pakistan. In case of Return/Refund shipping costs will be applied.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes between 3-5 days (Monday-Saturday). We’re working as hard as we can on getting all parcels delivered as promised. You can find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will be received receipt promptly at your given email address. Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Order-Support to check whether we received your order.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard, by debit card , by direct bank transfer services (Bank Account), by Easy Paisa and customers are also able to pay via pre-payment or cash on delivery.

How long do I have to return an order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have up to 3 days from when you receive your order to return any or all of the products in your order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The refund time starts once the quality check is completed.

How can I return an item?

You need to inform us by call on livemarto support within 3 days after receiving the parcel.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Livemarto never compromise on product quality! We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes! Each product indicates their availability status, If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months.
